All standings and winners are OFFICIAL!  Congrats to all the winners.  As always I send EFT transfers and I also offer the option to keep Entry Fee(s) for the upcoming Pool that will start in Jan 2024.  You can view the winners page here simply search for your name (ctrl + f).  Send me an email that you wish to claim your winnings outline the weeks you won, and let me know if I should retain any entry fees for the upcoming pool.

Keep an eye here for details about the upcoming Pool year.  The PGA schedule has changed once again, and looks like there will be more tournaments this upcoming year.  I will also keep Trades allowed for the future years, again with a fee applied to the trade to go back to the Pool.

Thats a wrap!  If anyone was scoreboard watching, the leaders in the pool changed hands many times throughout Sunday.  The Top 3 on the week for the BMW are posted below, as well as the Final Standings TOP10 and Good Sport are posted but UNOFFICIAL at the moment.  I need to double check the stats with the PGATOUR site to ensure that there is no mistakes.,  This will take me atleast a week to sort out.  AFter which time i will confirm them as official.

Please follow along for updates here on my site, I will post a table of ALL winners, and as always you can leave money here for next years pool which will start up in the new year with the Sentry Tournament.

Only one week remaining for this years pool, unbelievable where the season went!  Reminder that the Final Tour Championship is not included in the Prize money, so the pool finishes up after the BMW Championship.  I will need about a week or so to confirm all standings are correct and official money is accounted for.  I will then post all the Winners on the site to claim their prizes or for me to hold over for next years pool.  It does appear that next years schedule will change, and its possible that there will be more tournaments.  The PGA Season is once again, back to a Calendar Year schedule, which fits this pool again.  I will post more details later this fall about the next pool, which will start in January of 2024.

Travellers Winners are listed below, congrats to the Top 3.

The trades sheet is posted as well in the top Navigation area.  There is a list of people that have yet to pay, so if you EFT me the cost was $5 per trade which goes back to the pool winnings.  If there's a mistake on the trade payment list, please let me know.

Next Up: Rocket Mortgage Classic

Thanks everyone for the patience on the lack of updates.  Reminder for the folks that have yet to pay for their trades please remember to do so.

Lots of updates to winners below also the trades sheet is posted as well in the top Navigation area.  There is a list of people that have yet to pay, so if you EFT me the cost was $5 per trade which goes back to the pool winnings.  If there's a mistake on the trade payment list, please let me know.

Next Up: Travelers Championship

Thanks everyone for the patience on the lack of updates.  I spent a few weeks outside of the country on a nice vacation, to only come home and test positive for Covid so just getting over that.  Would I do it all again, for sure!

Lots of updates to winners below also the trades sheet is posted as well in the top Navigation area.  There is a list of people that have yet to pay, so if you EFT me the cost was $5 per trade which goes back to the pool winnings.  If there's a mistake on the trade payment list, please let me know.

Next Up: the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday

All trades have been completed on Easyofficepools.com So all tournaments since The Zurich Classic (inclusive) are now on the updated teams that had trades.  Reminder if you haven't sent in your payment its $5 per trade.

I am out of town until the end of the month, so pool updates will be scarce until then.  I will also post all trades made on a separate page.

As a reminder any Weekly Standings on Easyofficepools.com prior to the Zurich Classic that have been updated as a result of the trades will not take affect all valid weekly winners are posted below.

I have only updated the standings up to and including the RBC Heritage as I need ot make the trades that have been submitted during last weeks trading period.  I am currently out of town, and the trades will take me a bit of time to complete.  For now, you cannot go off of EasyOfficePools TOP 3 winners for last weeks Zurich Classic, nor the upcoming Mexico Open at Vidanta.   I am hoping to have the trades completed next week.

As detailed on the Rules page, all player trades will be impacting your Overall Standings, as there is no way to track the traded player from the day you picked them up.  This was why I was very strict on who you can trade for, either someone that had less earnings than the player dropped, or if the dropped player is the lowest, then you would have to take the next worst player.  This will obviously impact standings for Tournaments that have completed up until the trading period however, if the TOP 3 standings for any completed Tournament (prior to the trading period) those original Top 3 winners will stay as the Weekly Winners.  I have confirmed that the list below for each and every weekly tournament Top 3 is accurate including the RBC Heritage.  So if there is a discrepancy in these Top 3 winners after I make the trades, my website here is what will take precidence.  Hopefully this is clear (as mud??)  If any questions regaring this please email me and I can clear it up.  Also note that I will be created a separate webpage that will outline all the player trades from every team.

Thanks for your patience on this.

Next Up: Mexico Open at Vidanta

Posting details of my trades for full disclosure.  I will also create another page detailing the rest of the trades from all other teams that were made.  Please note that this will take me a bit of time to process manually, so I would not expect that the Live Leaderboard on EasyOfficePools to be very accurate this weekend until the Trades are completed.  Also, before I make any trades I will also be double checking the already Completed Tournaments Winners, to ensure there is no confusion at the end of the year.

Drop Danny Lee for Griffin

Drop Steele for McNealy
Drop Munoz for List

Congrats to the top 3 winners of The Masters this past weekend, another exciting Masters in the books.

A quick reminder that the upcoming trading period is after this weeks RBC Heritage and ends on Wed APril 19th Midnight. Please review the Rules link above BEFORE sending any trade reqeuests.

The one request I have is that when you email me your trades, ensure that the subject line reads TRADE REQUEST - Your Team Alias Name (eg TRADE REQUEST - #1 BALLS IN GOLF)  In the body of the email please include the Player being dropped and the Player you are replacing him with.  If you have multiple teams, you need to send a separate trade request per team.

I will be posting all trades on a separate page within my site.

Next Up: RBC Heritage, followed by the trading period

My apologies for the late update.  There was issues with the hosting provider and I was unable to upload the website updates.

The upcoming week is a combined event week so the Top 3 winners will be posted here on my site and not on EasyOfficePools.

Up Next: The Puerto Rico Open and Arnold Palmer Invitational

Quick reminder that all previous updates are archived in the Archived Updates link above.

Prizes link is also up-to-date.  I want to thank everyone for joining this year, and as I noted before the season began I would start to make a donation percent of the pool (just under 3%) to the Ottawa Heart Institute.  I will post details of the donation and confirmation here when it is made.

I am almost done catching up on all the payments, still a few more to confirm and cross-reference.

In case not everyone recalls, the PGA Tour decided last year that they would modify the Farmers Insurance Open schedule to end on Saturdays instead of trying to compete with the NFL Conference Championship games on Sundays.  So with that Weeks 3 and 4 are posted below, congrats to all the winners.  Not to forget special mentions to the Up the ladder and Down the drain folks ;)

Hey All.  Welcome to the 2023 edition of the Friendship Golf Pool.  I am slowly getting the links up and running in the navigation area, with Poolies Picks as well as Pro Picks.  Double check that the Poolies Picks is correct, if you want.  The pool doesn't consider the Poolies Picks when determining the weekly outcomes, I just create this manually so people can easily see who has picked who etc. So if there is any corrections, don't sweat it I can fix it :)

For those that have been around for a while, we used to track the Up The Ladder (largest gain in standings) and Down The Drain (largest fall in standings).  Ever since I moved to Easyofficepools this has not been tracked.  I am now going to track it, although maybe I should have skipped Week #2 to save face!.  Note these stats do not get prizes, its just for reporting the weeks biggest movers

The Prizes link will be updated soon, along with all the Income and Expenses to account for all the pool funds.  This year we will be including a donation amount to be given to the Ottawa Hospital Heart Institute.

I have yet to get through all the emails, payments and pre-payment cross referencing.  As my last email said, when I get through everything, and if I reach out to you and you have already paid me (EFT or a 2022 Pre-pay) then please forgive me as there is lots to get through and it could be my mistake.

Week 1 and 2 Top 3 are posted below, congrats to the winners!!

I just wanted to point out that I have updated the Rules link to contain details about Player Trades.  I've copied the text below as well.

  • Trades will be permitted after the RBC Heritage has finished (week #15) and before midnight EST April 20th, the start of the Zurich Classic (week #16).
  • Maximum of 2 trades will be allowed.
  • Maximum of 2 trades will be allowed and only valid for LIV defectors
  • The player you pickup has to have less earnings on the season than the player you drop.
  • The player you pickup has to have less earnings on the season than the player you drop.  If the player is the lowest, then the next lowest player must be selected.
  • The season earnings for the player dropped will be subtracted from your current season total.  Similarly the player you pickup their season earnings will be added to your total.
  • Each trade will be subject to a $5 fee, which will be added to the season ending pool prize payout.
  • I will publish all trades that are made on my website.

Friendship Golf Pool 2023 Edition! - Deadline is Jan 5, 2023 @ 12:00 PM EST

Hey All,

The Easy Office Pool selection list is up and running now. The Picklist is available here to view in your browser.  Or you can download an Excel Sheet for Printing here  This outlines the boxes with previous year Money earnings, or the FedExcup Ranking to provide some added help should anyone need any ;) You will note that instead of the usual 13 boxes, I added one more for a total of 14.  Please reivew the Rules link at the top of this page, as it may answer any questions you may have.

A few key notes:
1. Entry fee is still $25 per team, you can submit as many entries as you want. For some of you, I have carry-over amounts from last year's winnings.
2. I will be allowing trades this year (in the event of more LIV defects), 2 max, and only on designated weeks (TBD). I did say at one point I might charge for the trade, however that is not written in stone.
3. As usual, each weekly Tournament is paid out for Top 3, $75, $50 and $25. Ties are split. The Major weeks (4) as always are doubled payouts at $150, $100, $50
4. Final Standings at Year end are determined BEFORE the Tour Championship. We've never included the Bonus Money that FedEx gives out at the end of the year, hence why the Final Standings are decided on the last Tournament before the Tour Championship
5. A portion of this year's entries will also be donated to the  University of Ottawa Heart Institute. The details will be outlined on my site after the final entries are all confirmed.
6. Lastly, feel free to fwd this to anyone that you think would enjoy this year long pool.
